The certified scope is: slaughtering and deboning of beef and sheep meat for consumers and retailers.

FSSC 22000 Version 6 is based on ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and the FSSC 22000 additional requirements.

The certification body, the certificate number and the expiry date are published here once they have been read from the certificate.

FSSC 22000 certification runs in three-year cycles with an audit by the certification body every year, at least one of them unannounced.

FSSC 22000 is a food-safety certification; it is not a halal certification and not a quality grade.

Food Safety System Certification 22000, a food-safety management scheme recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative. Version 6 is based on ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and the FSSC 22000 additional requirements.
ISO 22000:2018
The international standard for food-safety management systems: hazard analysis, prerequisite programmes, traceability and management responsibility across the food chain.
ISO/TS 22002-1:2009
The technical specification of prerequisite programmes for food manufacturing: buildings, utilities, waste, equipment, cleaning, pest control and personnel hygiene.
