How we are organised
Two sites, one executive team.
The chief executive officer leads the group. The abattoir at Springs and the farm at Delmas each have a chief operating officer who is responsible for daily operations, staff and standards on that site.
Marketing and exports, finance and information systems are group functions that serve both sites.
The agronomy manager runs the crop programme that supplies the feedlot. The feedlot manager runs cattle intake, feeding and animal health.
