NIHT: The National Independent Halaal Trust (NIHT), one of the South African halal certification bodies; it publishes a public listing of the establishments it certifies.
SANHA: The South African National Halaal Authority, a halal certification body that publishes a public list of certified establishments. Morgan Beef Abattoir is listed by SANHA as a halaal certified establishment.
