Morgan Butchery
The Morgan Butchery is Morgan Beef's own retail butcher shop. It sells beef, lamb and mutton cut in store, boerewors made in the shop, biltong, droewors and braai packs to the public.

Cut in store.
Beef from the Morgan Beef abattoir is cut and packed in the shop, so a customer can ask for a cut, a thickness or a pack size rather than choose from a fixed range.
Lamb and mutton are sold whole or as chops, knuckles, ribs and stewing packs.
Made in the shop
Boerewors is made in the shop in several recipes. Biltong, droewors and chilli bites are dried on the premises. Mince, patties and stewing cubes are prepared from Morgan Beef trimmings and forequarter cuts.
Buying in bulk
Households and small caterers can order a whole hindquarter, forequarter, split side or rump and loin pistola and have it cut to their list. Ask at the counter or use the contact form.
