Morgan Beef invites retail, foodservice and wholesale customers to a morning at the Springs abattoir. The programme covers the slaughter floor from the viewing gallery, the chillers, the deboning rooms and the dispatch area, with time to discuss specifications with the production and sales teams.
Visitors wear the protective clothing provided at the plant and follow the hygiene procedures of the food safety system. Places are limited by the size of the viewing areas, so attendance is by prior registration.
