مسلخ مورغان بيف [Morgan Beef Abattoir] is at 2107 Javelin Road, Geduld Extension 4, سبرينغز (Springs), 1559, خاوتينغ (Gauteng).

The plant handles 2,000 cattle per week. Carcasses are chilled on site and sold whole or in quarters, or deboned into primals and cuts to customer specification.

Departments
Cattle are received, rested, inspected and slaughtered under the supervision of the state veterinary service and the الهيئة الوطنية المستقلة للحلال [National Independent Halaal Trust (NIHT)]. Each carcass is classified and numbered.
Carcasses and quarters are deboned into primals and retail cuts to the customer's specification, vacuum-packed and labelled with lot and date.
Edible offal is cleaned, chilled and packed. Hides go to the tannery; bones, fat and trimmings go to food customers or to rendering.
Chillers and freezers hold product at the specified temperatures. Orders are picked by pack, scanned into shipments and delivered in refrigerated vehicles.

The abattoir supplies retailers, wholesalers, butcheries, food-service operators and processors in South Africa, and export customers in the markets for which it holds approval.
Products are sold as carcasses, quarters, deboned primals, retail cuts, offal, bones, fats and trimmings.
