The quality controller checks cuts, packing and labelling in the deboning plant against customer specifications and the food safety system, and records what is found.

المسؤوليات

• Check cut specifications, trim, weights and packing on the deboning line
• Verify labels, batch numbers and traceability records before dispatch
• Record temperature, hygiene and critical control point checks
• Raise non-conformances and follow them to closure
• Support internal and customer audits

المتطلبات

• A food technology or meat science qualification, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of HACCP-based food safety systems
• Attention to detail and clear written records
• Willingness to work in a chilled production environment
